Breakfast

The daily breakfast buffet is prepared in the small bistro on the ground floor. When selecting the products, we pay special attention to regionality, freshness, and quality.

Cleaning

All our full-service holiday apartments are cleaned daily. Making the beds, disposing of garbage, replacing consumables, and offering fresh towels and sauna towels are all part of this.

Towel service

Each of our holiday apartments is equipped with an ample supply of hand and bath towels. These can also be replaced daily if requested.

Sauna accessories

In the apartments with a sauna, you will not only find hand and bath towels but also bathrobes and slippers for your convenience. Additionally, we have prepared a selection of essential oils for your sauna experience.

Private wine bar

All our holiday apartments come with a wine cooler. We have put together a collection of regional wines at reasonable rates for you. You will, of course, find appropriate wine glasses and a corkscrew in your apartment.

Parking spaces

If you arrive by car, we will gladly offer you a secure parking space at the Serfaus entrance. One parking space is included in the price of our holiday apartments. Guests booking the Masner Apartment will have 2 parking spaces included in the price. For each additional parking space, there is a fee of €5.00 per day.

Ski storage room

The ski storage room is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a large boot dryer and a ski rack. In addition to your ski equipment, you can also securely store strollers and sleds here.

Night entrance & key safe

On the north side of the building, you will find the night entrance. In case your arrival is delayed or you are arriving in the late hours of the night, we will leave your key in the designated key safe. This allows for a 24-hour check-in and greater flexibility.

Security & Fire Safety

Our property is equipped with a smoke detection system and emergency lighting. There are sufficient fire extinguishers and first-aid kits on each floor. The entrances and exits of the building are video-monitored for your safety.

Luggage room

During check-in and check-out, you are welcome to use our luggage room free of charge for the secure storage of your belongings.

Allergen-friendly

All our duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic. Furthermore, all full-service holiday apartments are equipped with hard floors, and the carpets are regularly cleaned.

Non-smoking

There is a strict no-smoking policy throughout the entire building. You are welcome to smoke on your balcony or on the terraces. We have provided ashtrays in these areas for your convenience.
