What's better than kicking off your day with a balanced breakfast with local ingredients and great coffee? That's why the breakfast buffet is included in the price of every booking.

Private sauna

Two of our apartments (Masner and Schilti) have their own Finnish sauna. Here, you and your loved ones can relax in a warm environment, reflecting on the day and recharging for the next mountain adventure. For your comfort, essential oils, bathrobes, slippers, and sauna towels are provided!

Bistro on the ground floor

The small bistro on the ground floor of the building will be opening soon. In the afternoon and early evening (between 3 pm and 9 pm), you can enjoy delicious bagels, homemade lemonades, great coffee, select natural and sparkling wines, as well as freshly tapped beer.

New since Winter 23/24 in the heart of Serfaus

The Boutique Apart in Serfaus is being constructed within an existing building in the heart of Serfaus in Tyrol. During this extensive renovation, we place a strong emphasis on sustainable insulation and environmentally friendly materials.

Our goal is to create a harmonious blend of modern comfort and boutique hotel charm. We trust in local professionals who bring their craftsmanship to design unique holiday apartments.
